The Senate Mental Health Report, instigated and Chaired by Senator Lyn Allison, is one of the most comprehensive studies ever made in to the state of mental health in Australia. The report called ' From Crisis to Community' recommends a major overhaul of the way we deliver mental health services. The Democrats will continue to advance the rights of the less fortunate.
