How to join
We'd love to have you as our newest member. The only people who can't join are members of another Australian political party, so please resign any other party membership before joining the Australian Democrats.
Click one of the options in the table below then follow the simple steps. After your transaction is processed a tax invoice will be generated for you to print out. It will also be emailed to you. Your membership form will be sent to you by conventional mail for you to sign and return.
How to Renew
Is it time to renew your membership? If so you will have received a reminder. To renew online or by mail please visit the Membership Renewal page.
Membership fee
The annual fee is based on whether yours is a single or combined membership and the income level you select below. But of course we will never ask you to disclose your income. The combined membership fee applies when two people in the same household join or renew.
