I am an artistic, creative, lateral thinker with a strong background in a number of leadership roles creating a positive team environment. I am adaptable, a survivor when the going gets tough. Having travelled and lived all over Australia I have developed strong socially orientated life experience in a large range of environments. I am a passionate believer in unity in diversity.
During my career I have been in a large range of fields which gives me extensive understanding in life’s variety. I have been an ICT contractor, an Aroma and Massage therapist and for the last decade worked in First Nation-focused Aged Care. I have my own Artist business selling my paintings with the highlight of showing twice in Milan last year.

The Australian Democrats have history of substantial contributions to many policy areas. These include protecting the environment, equal opportunity, education, war and peace, as well as government honesty and transparency, as well as excelling in the support of women in politics. Very disillusioned with the two major parties, I joined the Democrats because our democracy needs a return towards integrity, leadership trust, a sincere appreciation of multiculturalism and unity in diversity. To quote Janine Haines “The Democrats is a perfect party for me. I don’t like extremism and I won’t be told by any group that their ideas are 100% right, and everybody else’s are 100% wrong, because that is patently not true”
As a Candidate I will fight hard to ensure better transparency, an end to the acceptance of governance that is only for those who voted for the leading party and interference by outside entities. I aim to reduce the binary stance of ‘Us vs Them’ I will stand strongly for Unity in Diversity in this wonderful multicultural country.
I am very grateful for the support and consideration from all who believe in the strengths and values of the Australian Democrats. I will do my utmost to return that support and uphold those values. To stand for unity, integrity and be a voice for all who call Australia home.
