The Guardian has put together a long and useful explainer on what you can and can’t do in each state right now – a mammoth task.
It shows huge variation in what the States have decided, presumably some of it based on numbers of new cases being reported. However, there is still a lot of uncertainty and that probably means law enforcement officers have too much discretion.
At least all states let you take the dog for a walk…
